i see what you were talking about with the overpainting.
however, i thought the paint would be thinner; this paint has a lot of texture.
also, this is dealing with harmony of the proportions of the shapes and colors, kind of like Piet Mondrian's work

i admire that you refuse to photoedit, but you should at least go back and compare the photo with the real thing.
we can do that together...if you want =)

thank you! it was really interesting for me how the painting looked 2D, but actually had a lot of 3D features. And many of the primary colors he used was actually coated on top of several layers of other colors.
